Great communication, punctual to the minute, good listener and explainer, not trying to sell goods and services that are not wanted, but also volunteering other options I hadn't thought of. A terrific experience with a real professional.

Shawn called be back the same day I inquired via AL (a Saturday), and on Monday his pre-wiring guys were working at the house. Very responsive and professional team. System is fantastic.

Shawn and his team did an excellent job repairing an HDMI connection issue for my wall mounted TV. Shawn responded promptly to my call and we were able to schedule the service call quickly. He and his team were able to diagnose and correct the problem. They advised me of the options and offered their recommendations based on cost, level of repair (ie opening up walls) and time. I really appreciated when Shawn explained the technical detail at a level I could understand. They cleaned up and moved furniture back into place. I would definitely hire them again.

Shawn was very responsive.  We explained what we wanted and gave him a list of requirement (about 10).  He proposed solutions costing about $3500 total (actual came in just over $3600).  He took our Russound controller away for diagnosis and told us he ordered the equipment.  When I had questions, he responded within an hour or so to my emails.
When all the equipment was ready, Shawn and his crew showed up and installed everything.  Everything was tested and demonstrated to our satisfaction.  It all works beautifully and as expected.  The house speakers now all work, and are integrated into a surround sound experience when we choose to do so.  We can play our CD's in whatever room of the house we choose.  It's all controlled by the Sonos app on the phone or PC and is very flexible. 
After Shawn and crew left, I had a couple of further questions.  He responded equally quickly, i.e. after he had been paid.

Shawn from Kreative AV did an excellent job setting up a complete smart home system using Control4. What I really like about Shawn is his responsiveness. As a I was learning the system, I had a lot of questions and request for changes in my user preferences and he always responded and made the tweaks immediately. He is extremely responsive and not pushy on his products or services. I would highly recommend him.

Shawn is one of the most consciousness contractors I have ever hired. His goal to exceed customer expectations. He came into our home and took ownership of a problem he did not create. He is extremely accessible. I will call no one else for my future AV needs. 

Shawn was great.  He came by quickly when I first called, diagnosed the problem with my home theater, and arranged to get a broken component fixed quickly -- right before Thanksgiving, no less.  He was also very responsive by email to questions.  When his crew reinstalled the component, they added a ventilation system to keep the system cool.  They were punctual, nice, and efficient.  Highly recommended.

They exceeded my expectations in all areas. I had expected to have to touch up and patch the walls. I didn't have to do anything as the walls were left in perfect condition. The installers cleaned up and vacuumed along the way. I didn't have to do anything. I am very pleased with the job. I will use them again in the future.

These guys were professional and personable. They did a great job. I have a very old house and working in the walls can get messy. They took great care and cleaned up after they were done. I had a minor glitch and they came back the very next day and fixed the issue. Apologetic even though they didn't need to be. I can tell you if you need TV's hung these guys are terrific!! I will definitely use them again!! 

Went extremely smoothly everyone worked great together to get the job done and were extremely professional and extremely clean.

Only complaint is it was not explained at the time of install that they needed to use a different wiring system which would cost more. Should have been explained better, but overall I would recommend Kreative AV.

The Kreative team did a great job.  Our stone fireplace was not wired for a TV.  The Kreative team did a fantastic job of snaking the wiring behind the stones.  It looks great.  They also connected the TV to a whole-house speaker system and set up the controls on our iPad.  Kreative was professional and we will definitely use them in the future.

Everything was excellent from initial communication, to the completion of the job, and then to the follow-up.
The job was to run two ethernet cables and one coax cable to each of four rooms. The cables are organized in the wiring closet, and the ports in each room are clean and wired consistently.
It's exactly what I was hoping to get out of this job. The old house is now wired.

The team of people he sent to our home was very knowledgeable and professional in their work and completed their work in less than the estimated time. Kreative was fabulous. Upon my calling, Shawn came out right away to see my speaker set up and give me an estimate. He was flexible with scheduling the actual work, they came promptly to do the install, and it went very smoothly. The team who came to do the install was great -- 2 very nice guys who immediately put on shoe covers without being asked when they came into the house, and carefully and meticulously set up everything. Upon realizing that some of the built-in speakers weren't functioning as well as they could, I was able to get a few quotes (ie for different quality speakers) from Shawn that same day to replace those speakers. I would absolutely use these guys again. They were professional from start to finish, not to mention pleasant, attentive, and prompt!!

Kreative TV purchased a new 4K UHD from Samsung (below list price), installed in the master bedroom. All wires are hidden and the install was flawless. Cable is hooked up along with SmartTV functions and additional hidden HDMI inputs.

My experience with Kreative AV was very positive.  I spoke with the owner, Shawn, who thoroughly understood the job, quoted a price and set an installation date.  His team arrived on time and were very professional.  They invited our input and the end result looks great.  I plan to use Kreative AV again.

I called kreative av and they had availability the next day to mound an lcd on the wall. Two installers showed up the next day, listened to what I wanted done and did a fantastic job on the install. They cleaned up there work area after they install and reviewed what hey has done with me. I was so happy with this service that I recently called them back for a sonos install.

EXCELLENT! Very professional. They came in and ran the wires at the first visit then hung the tv on the second. They laid down drop cloths to make sure the house would stay clean. Very very happy with their service. TV looks excellent!
