An friend of mine recommended Josh for an addition we wanted to build. Josh in turn recommended an architect who did an excellent job with the plans, at a reasonable price too.
The addition (a family room with a full basement under) came out great. I was concerned if the hardwood floors of the addition and the existing house would come out at the same level but it turned out perfect.
Overall: we are very happy with the work Josh did. He was always prompt and courteous and flexible with change requests (we moved a window and added a door in the middle of the project).

He was referred to me by an electrician I found on Angie's list.
Guys were nice and professional.  Cost was reasonable.  Floor tiles were poorly installed.  They're not perfectly level and the grout is already dirty.  His response was that it was because our house was older (1950's) and we chose white tiles.  I've decided to get the floor redone with another provider.
Four months after completion, one of the toilets is leaking.  I've called him on it but he didn't return my call.

Josh and his team were very professional, neat, and very helpful to answer any questions and concerns.

The quality of work was excellent and he cares about his reputation and doing a good job.

Our electrician installed our new bathroom exhaust fan and recommended we contact Josh from JK Construction to duct it through the roof. We had a few prior dates scheduled but do to the cold and weather we pushed back the appointment to a mild Saturday morning. I had good communication with Josh each time we had to reschedule.
Anthony from JK came out to do the work. He was in and out in about a an hour and did a thorough job.

Josh Kolinsky did a great quality job building the addition ; started the job on time as promised and finished it on time, too! Very professional and hard working guy; highly recommend him!
