INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS

They worked very hard, usually starting at 7am and working until 7pm.  The work was completed very quickly.  The were also happy to do other minor repairs we requested, including repairing our front stairs, for an additional price.  The owner/manager we dealt with was very friendly and helpful in giving options and offering advice.
 All this said, we were happy with the work completed.  But the professionalism I gave an F for two reasons:
1)  After the workers left, I found human feces in our backyard.  I also watched one of the workers urinating in our backyard.  And our backyard is tiny!    I notified them and they offered to do some yard work as a goodwill gesture.  So they came without notifying me beforehand, and ripped out a bunch of my perennials as part of their "weeding".
2)  The owner/manager asked for my fellow condominium owner to testify for him in a divorce settlement.  This involved my neighbor taking time from work, and going to the county courthouse on at least 2 days, which he actually did!

The work went very well from start to finish.  Michael was very cooperative and helpful throughout.  We had just one snafu, where the fellow briefly in charge of the job made an unsafe choice.  He was new to the work, and we asked that he be replaced; he promptly was.  
The crew did an especially good prep job.  As a former housepainter, I was impressed.  They worked with us on the type of paint to be used, and also did some necessary carpentry, replacing shingles on part of the house.  That work was done tidily.  We were a little worried, given the cold weather, that they might rush the painting.  They did not.  They always made sure that the surfaces were thoroughly dry before painting.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the work.  Some aspects of communication were a little slow at times, but they always got back to us, and usually in a very timely manner.  I would recommend them to anyone getting similar work done, and in fact have done so.

Our expectations were exceeded on all counts. They took the time needed to be sure we understood what was going to happen and to be sure we would be pleased with the result. This included mapping out a driving tour of similar jobs they completed so we could see style, colors, and quality. The installation crew went above and beyond to complete the work, with perfection, ahead of schedule, in the middle of winter. Many of their days started with shoveling snow from the sides of the house.

The contractor for this job, Mike, came and gave us an estimate for all the work we thought we wanted done. We scaled back slightly on the project, and that was fine with him. We picked the paint colors ourselves, overriding one of his recommendations; again, not a problem. The finished job looks great. Mike replied quickly to some concerns about places on some doors that needed some retouching. The painters were respectful and neat; they cleaned the areas they were working in and removed supplies and equipment before they left daily. We would hire them again.

This is an amazingly thorough and reliable company. The contractor, Emanuel, is highly personable and professional. He makes frequent visits to check on the crew's work, answers all emails and phone calls promptly, and isn't satisfied until the customer is.The crew is polite, respectful, hard-working, punctual, and neat.
This was a spring to match no other in terms of rainy days, weeks on end. The job took longer than expected only because of bad weather. Regardless, whenever weather permitted, the crew showed up and accomplished as much as they could every single day they worked.
Every detail we asked for was taken care of with precision and pleasantness, all the way around.
Without question, ICS is the best construction and painting company we have ever worked with. Their estimate was the best we received, including several other companies we got equally detailed estimates from. They used the finest materials and paint, skimping on nothing whatsoever. We will hire them again to do interior work and recommend them unconditionally.

In the beginning he was great, but then he got busy with other jobs and would not return our calls. He was able to get the permit and start the work on the basement. He said he would come back at a later time to finish the basement and add a dormer to the up stairs. At first he said he would be back as soon as he finished the job he was currently on, then he just stopped returning our calls. We have not heard from him and the job is still not completed

Excellent work. We worked closely on the project and I was able to change details easily. Our only complaint would be the finishing up of the entire project. We are still waiting for him to come and do some minuscule detail work.
