Went very well. It was frustrating for Lou at times but he wasn't going to give up until he found the problem.

They did a great job. The pump worked fine until 3/13/14 and I started to have the same problem. I contacted Hub Starters and they said to bring the car back. The Fuel Pump that was put in was a faulty Pump. They put in another Pump at NO CHARGE. Hub Starters really stands by there work. I am very happy with them. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.

Left the vehicle to be checked and received a call saying exactly what the cost was and we agreed . When picking up the vehicle was disappointed for the charged us $100.00 more than what they told us, I mentioned you  stated the amount abd now we have to pay more and didn't say much except you have good parts . The good parts was already agreed upon in the beginning. Although they do good work but I didn't think it was right about the charges.

They are trustworthy. I've been to them many times. They only repair what they think needs to be repaired; they are not going to try to do a million things. The price for the work is good.

I had an appointment at 8:00 in the morning and planned to wait for it at the shop. Lou assigned one of his knowledgeable technicians to get the engine up to a certain temperature and evaluate the response of the radiator and the cap. Being clueless on anything dealing with engines, etc, Lou brought me into the work area and he and his tech explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. According to them, the radiator was fine and that perhaps the cap had been loosened and the best option would be to purchase a good quality cap. The car was in the shop for over an hour and Lou did not charge me anything! He even gave me back the coupon that came in the mail, which was the reason I called him in the first place. It would be honored if I decided to return for any other service, which I definitely will do!

Everything was excellent, they were very nice, things went really good.

I've just joined Angie's list otherwise I would have written before.    I started going to Hub Alternator and Starters about six years ago when my mechanic retired.  They are usually very busy, cost I've paid in the past is reasonable and he doesn't recommend things that don't need to be repaired.  Presently driving a 1993 Toyota Corolla.  Until my wife got her new car we had her 2002 Impala repaired here.  Always happy with service.

WE TOOK THE CAR IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, AND IT WORKED WORSE AFTER WE GOT IT BACK THAN BEFORE WE TOOK IT IN. WE DON''T KNOW THAT THEY MADE IT WORSE, BUT IT SURE LOOKED LIKE IT.
