Excellent & Easy process. I called, made an appointment, they arrived on-time and they did they're job.

The team that came were on time, professional, and very hard working. On top of that, they were very pleasant. They were very efficient, neat, and respectful. I was thrilled with the results and in awe with how the basement came out.

So Ronny was mostly in the basement and took out what Lisa had been putting in the rubbish up here and I kept Alanso out of the living room, she like him she like him a lot she said he very good down stairs, three of them were work horses took everything up the bulkhead. I sat in the kitchen and watched them from there and then I looked down he done a really good job up to a certain point, not the whole basement, it's huge so that was the six hundred dollars load, it was just mostly bags we had everything neatly ready, there was no furniture or anything. They are pleasant, I asked him to check the side of the filters of the bums to put in a new furnace and HVAC system there were bums. The guy Ronny did go and he found the filter, he wrote down the size and the number of the filter, he did give me the size of the filters and he gave me the names of them and then he said I will try to find out where they sell them so you can call and ordered them so I don't know where they sell them because he still haven't told me. but he look them up and told me that they very expensive and told me a couple of prices.











































































































































































































































































































































































He was perfectly nice he was good the first day, came the right time and very thing. He did go out of his way I haven't even went down to the basement yet it's that hard for me, but Lisa says she took a picture for and it hasn't look that clean since I moved in here, it's a huge basement and he did clean out everything she pointed, we had ready for him. Everything was fine as far as I could see I didn't watch them I wasn't there, but Ronny did just fine. Very professional, very nice and professional and friendly, we laugh we talked about everything he seem to be speak English really well.

Ron and his crew were very professional. They showed up on time and were neat and clean. Both rooms were demoed to the studs icluding plaster lath and blown in insulation. When the job was done there were no signs of dust and every last nail was removed. the price was quoted ahead of time and there were no surprises.
