The overall work went fine. I'll be honest, I didn't have a lot of interaction with the workers and I dealt with the owner. He was very professional. They came out in very reasonable amount of time and did what they were needed to do. The price included the new alarm system, labor and replacing the smoke detector etc. I would say they were fine in all the things. They ran a lot of Alarms companies out there that deal with small type business. They were fine. Their quality of work was good.
