Although Mr. Jancsy did a good job and was responsive and punctual, I found his price at the time to be somewhat high and his "attitude" to be somewhat lacking. He was very critical of the previous fixtures (even though they had lasted 13 years) and of the new fixtures which he insisted were inappropriate for an unheated garage. After checking the manufacturer's description of the new fixtures (which would operate effectively in extreme low temperatures), he ultimately acknowledged that he was unaware that such fixtures existed and would in fact probably suffice. I have not, by the way, had any problems with those new fixtures despite the somewhat extreme low temperatures we have experienced since they were installed in 2010.

He did a fantastic job. It was a necessary service to allow us to sell our home so we felt good. He's very responsive and very fair.
