We wanted to have the hardwood floors in our new home redone before we moved in.  The house was built in around 1900 and has oak floors that were in OK shape.  They seemed very concerned with doing it right - leaving enough time for the coats to dry properly before applying the next one.  The job took exactly the amount of time that they predicted which was import because we had a short window of time before we had to move in.  The crew started work on a Saturday - something not everyone was willing to do.  They came over on the following Saturday before the big move to walk through the house with my husband to make sure that the floors were dry and ready for heavy traffic.  Excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic experience with Long and his crew. Long was punctual in coming out to quote the job, and was happy to quote options for us. Once we accepted the quote his team got started within days. Our home was empty - we had the floors sanded before we moved in - and Long's crew worked efficiently to get the work done with a few days of us moving in.
Long and his team were friendly, professional, and we were comfortable with them in our home when we weren't there.
Also, the dust, while you're never going to escape it, was minimal compared with other stories we've heard.
They were a referral to us, and we'd used them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend - our floors are beautiful!

Long was very professional. He was very prompt in coming to the house to give an estimate. In one of the rooms that we had finished there were some dark stains from the previous owners and he was up front in saying that most likely he would not be able to get all of the stain out, which was the case. He was also flexible with scheduling the work to be completed. When his crew arrived on the first day they closed off each room to limit the amount of dust that got into the rest of the house. They came on the scheduled days to have the work completed and at the time they said they would arrive. We are very please with the quality of the work that was completed and would definitely recommend them to others and also use them again in the future.

They were awesome! We provided them with a key to our house and the did the work while we were away on vacation. The key was promptly returned, the house was in perfect shape and the stairs look fantastic! We couldn't be happier!

Long came over, took a detailed look at everything, told us what blemishes would and would not come out with the re-finishing. The job came out exactly as promised and the floors look great. We would hire them again.

My main contact, Mr. Nguyen, was extremely courteous and flexible when I asked to reschedule the work. Workers started and ended on the agreed-upon dates. The result was generally very nice overall, especially in the "main" rooms, but not perfect. I did notice a few flaws and they were promptly fixed before I paid in full. I noticed one more flaw the next day (under a different light) and they sent workers again, that same day, to fix that defect. Unfortunately I noticed other flaws in other spots afterward, but decided to let it go. I would advise an extremely careful examination of the work, under different light conditions and angles (sunlight, lamps, etc.).
