My computer was not connecting to any of its' browsers. I tried all the troubleshooting tips. After a few hours, I called Apex. The man who answered told me I could bring it in today and he would "get right to it." We brought it in and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem, quickly. He gave me tips about how to handle it if it happened again. I was very happy with the prompt repair of my computer.
