Do not let him into your house. He and his helper (Benny) destroyed my hardwood floors after the first day of kitchen floor demo. They were unapologetic and when I asked him how he was going to compensate me for it - he was evasive. The next four days was filled with endless complaints about the "mud job" underneath the tiles and how it's "impossible to get it out." They were both too old for any type of physical work, rude, and utterly unprofessional. Every step of the way was a struggle and unpleasant. The painting job was worst than a a child's! He did not sand the solid pine doors I bought before painiting and did not patch/sand any of the rough spots in the walls. Oh, and his worker also cut into a water pipe which cause water damage to my tenants on the first floor - again, no apologies and no explanation. I am paying thousands more for others to pick up after their horrible work.
Description of Work: The work order was to remove existing tiles from kitchen floor, demo non bearing wall in living room, retile existing bath, and paint entire 3bed-2bath apartment. He was supposed to remove all debris and repair everything from demolition.
