Excellent. Needed to go get a part, but, was back promptly and completed the job efficiently. Very friendly, a pleasure to work with.

I've had Able Appliance come a couple of times for different repair jobs, dryer, washing machine etc. They have been very good, coming during the time they said, fair in the work, honest about what needed to be done. What I was particularly impressed with was recently I called Able because the computer panel on my oven went out. Instead of coming to my house and charging a service call, Lloyd gave me some advice on what I could do and suggested if that didn't work, call Sears where I bought it.
