Mr. Gross was prompt and punctual. As we walked around looking at things he commented on what needed to be done, and ways to do these things, and also what couldn't be done. He took careful notes which he wrote up as a proposal and bid within a couple of days. He then came with an assistant and worked straight through until all was completed, except for inevitable snafus such as the day both his trucks broke down on the same day & he couldn't come. The work was done very carefully and professionally. He enjoyed solving the problems of design & construction workarounds. Good communications---prompt replies to phone & email messages. Everything is done by himself or his one assistant, and he apparently does not take on another job simultaneously. We are VERY happy to finally find a true "handyman!"

I saw him in our local paper and he was wonderful. He did everything that I asked him to do, and he did it in one day. He was a very nice, professional man. He came with his helper. He asked me for my vacuum cleaner and cleaned up. He is wonderful. I thought that the price was very reasonable. He did wonderful work.

He does very good work, but is hard to pin down on what each component will cost when asked to quote on a list of projects.  He does not want to give detailed estimates.  We gave him a list in March 2011, his aggregate quote looked high and when we asked for a detail break down, did not hear back from him.  Didn't hear directly: we got a call in September from a prospect looking for  a reference (we gave a good one) but still had not heard back from him.  We've found someone else on Angie's List.

Let Someone Else Do It provides good workmanship. They give thorough estimates on the jobs. They are very responsive to what is needed. Let Someone else Do It keeps on schedule with their work. If needed, I would use them again.
