+ -1 moreMatt is absolutely wonderful to work with! His whole staff is also extremely helpful. Matt always makes sure to keep you updated on the status of your mortgage paperwork. He is extremely friendly and professional. If you have any questions he always returns phone calls and e-mails asap or someone from his staff calls you right back. If I could tell everyone to hire him for a mortgage, I would! He has always made the whole process of getting a mortgage so easy. When selling our home recently, our buyers worked with a different agent and there were nothing but problems. If only they had worked with Matt I know it would have been quick and easy!
Description of Work: We used Matt Downing at Pioneer Mortgage to purchase a new home. We have worked with Matt since buying our first home 11 years ago. After our initial mortgage, we re-financed with him twice, and now used him again for the mortgage for our new purchase.
