 + -1 moreWe loved Penny. She got our house sold quickly (4 days!) in a down market. Northrup has kind of a monopoly on properties in Lynnfield, but that didn't mean they rested on their laurels. Penny took charge from the get-go, helping us stage the house, advice on what to fix, and setting a price that sold quickly. I often wonder if realtors are really worth all that money you pay them at closing - Im still not sure if they are, but Penny is a top notch worker and if I had to sell again, I'd use her - no questions asked.
