Jessy did an adequate job putting in the irrigation system He is very difficult to deal with and is rough around the edges. I paid him $68 to fix a spout he had me go to the hardware store to buy the spout . When I got back he told me he would come back to replace it. Stupid me I paid him in full and he refused to comeback He called me yelling that I was very childish asking him when he was coming back He further said that he was not coming back and will refund my $68 and mail it to me As of today May 24 I have not received the $68 and he will not respond to my text Messages or phone calls . He is not a professional when doing irrigation systems like his web sight states : After I installed my own lawn sprinkler system I had my family, friends and neighbors asking me to install a system of their own . I think one can go to Home Depot or lows and ask someone how to install the irrigation systems and get the same result . He is by far not a pro.
