Estimate was very detailed as to price and work to be performed, prior to their hiring for the project; best of several companies we asked to look at our work. Painting crew was very meticulous as to areas worked on, including moving furniture away and back to the walls each day when we were in occupied areas. Daily communication was excellent. Quality of the painting was very good, including trim areas and a new chalkboard paint wall section. Additional work requested for mounting new/replacement items on walls was done without extra cost as well as more work for wallpaper removal than the crew expected.

Darren Ross of Donald Ross & Son made it happen for us when we put our large antique house on the market. He was very responsive to our requests. His workmen were polite and professional. Our house has huge surface area and the crew did a beautiful job. The only criticism was that we could have used a larger crew to make the work go faster. Worth the price. Thanks, Darren!

Project went very well. The crew was responsive and professional and the finished product is fantastic. They stayed on the job until it looked just the way I wanted it to.

He is very good, but he is expensive. He does an excellent job and they do it until they get it right. I wanted to match the old colors as closely as I could and he worked hard to find the matching colors. I was very pleased with his work.

He is quick to get back to you and comes out to give you an estimate. Very responsive and listens to your complaints and strives to fix things when they go wrong.
