 + -1 moreTHE LOAN OFFICER WAS VERY OPEN ABOUT EXPLAINING ALL THE INFORMATION ON MY MORTGAGE. HE NOT ONLY GOT ME A GREAT LOAN, BUT HE EDUCATED ME ABOUT THE PROCESS. I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT THAT A 30 YR. MORTGAGE WOULD BE THE BEST FOR MY HOME; HOWEVER, AFTER HIS COMPANY DID AN ANALYSIS OF MY PARTICULAR SITUATION, I WOULD BE BETTER OFF ON A ARM SAVING ME OVER $7,000 EACH YEAR AND REFINANCE AGAIN AFTER THE RENOVATIONS WERE COMPLETED.
Description of Work: CMFC REFINANCED MY MORTGAGE TO DO EXTENSIVE RENOVATIONS.
