Paul came out on Christmas Eve to help us with ceiling leaks we were having from an ice dam. He could not correct the roofing problem then due to weather, but he gave us an accurate estimate and showed us how to temporize until the ice dam could be fixed. He also suggested that we call the original roofer to be certain that a warrantee would not cover this before we spent money on his services. He put us on his "list" for repair when the weather improved. Unfortunately, I think we got bumped once or twice as other jobs came up, but as we were not having further leaks, this was not a problem. He came out to make the repairs in April and did a great job re-roofing several sections of the house, plus putting new flashing on one chimney. He guarantees his work and offered to return if any further problems arise.
