Overall everything went well. Their guys were knowledgeable and friendly. 2 of the cameras were defective but they promptly noticed the problem and replaced them before they were done with the install. Everything was done on time and on budget. The followup support was all we could ask for. Would definitely recommend them to other and use them again.

They came on time, and there were 2 guys. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and friendly. They finished up around 1:30pm. We did have a slight problem after they left...I was out of home phone and internet service b/c a wire was not tight on the jack in the alarm box. Unfortunately, they were not able to get back until the next morning. They gave me 1 month of free monitoring b/c of it. The alarm works great, and looks great too. Overall, I would highly recommend Aronson. They have great customer service, and they are a small company, which I liked. They also came highly referred from a friend of mine.
