From the start, Glenn Polito gave me outstanding advice on fabric selection and design of my custom drapes. Michael did a beautiful job on the in-home measurements and final installation. Leadtime was s bit long waiting for the fabric to come in, but the team kepte informed throughout. Terrific experience, these folks do great work!

The service and helpfulness of the staff was so-so until I asked if someone could provide a second opinion on some fabric I was looking at. The gentleman who helped me was fantastic - professional and helpful in providing advice on corresponding fabrics and walking me around the store looking for good matches. He asked questions about my planned upholstery job, let me know that Zimman's also offers services, and gave me a quote for the services on the spot. I ended up not going with Zimman's for the actual reupholstery because I was far enough along with another company, but overall very helpful and their selection of fabrics was amazing! Perhaps not the most contemporary selection, but you're sure to find something!

I needed to chase them a little to get the appointment scheduled for John to come template, but once he came, I had the cushions back within 48 hours - a real help since I have a toddler who was intrigued by the cushion-less couch. John also volunteered to come by on off-hours if it were more convenient, and it was also helpful that he picked up and delivered the cushions so I didn't need to get them in my car.

It was great. They did a great job. They have a really expensive selection of fabrics and were quite helping in choosing what I wanted.

From the time I went to Zimman's to choose material, to the time the sofa was delivered, we were very pleased. The choices of fabric were varied and excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. The final cost was the same as the estimate. The workmanship is excellent. Delivery came on the day promised.

I visited the showroom and was guided to a specific area based on my needs (cushion for mudroom and we have a puppy). I was spoiled for choice. They have a very high quality range of fabrics. Everyone answered my questions, and there was no pressure to buy. I was urged to buy small samples, take home, and decide. Rather than trek back to Lynn, I phoned in the order. I also sent in a template of the bench. The cushion came out beautifully! Zimmans has been around since 1909, and they do curtains, etc. Parking is on the street and for $1 an hour in rear.
