My biggest complaint is the cost. After doing a lot of research I later found that I could have had the same quality work done at a fraction of the price. Their labor rates (and I could be wrong on this, as they don't appear to itemize their invoices.) have got to be in excess of $250+ for labor. Also I am fairly certain that the materials were marked up as well.
I found three other plumbers that had labor rates between $75.00 - $100.00 per hour and they (along with 5 other plumbers) all validated my concerns over the labor prices of Waldman. It's sad that this is the case, because I really did like Waldman's work. I just can't afford to pay those prices on my already limited salary.

Originally I was not pleased with the service provided by this company. However, the owner, Jeff Waldman, contacted me regarding my dissatisfaction and we have since resolved issues. I had had concerns about the wording of their and quot;Ultimate Savings Cluband quot;, particularly in reference to their inclusion of the and quot;Ultimate (Plumbing and) Heating Inspection.and quot; I explained to Jeff my concerns and he said that they are going to review and clarify the contract for the Ultimate Savings Plan. I take him at his word since he has returned my check for the services rendered, indicating he is truthful about his company's interest in Customer Satisfaction. Based on this and his explanation as to how pricing was determined, I find this company to be reliable and would do business with them in the future.
The work was done professionally and thoroughly and the young men were very polite.
"Hi [Member Name Removed] , I'm so sorry for this mixup- we do have two separate inspections. One is for our members- they receive a free visual inspection with minor adjustments. The other is a full maintenance on their furnace. We should have been a lot more clear at the beginning. We will be giving you a full refund because of the miscommunication and I'm glad to personally deliver it. We try hard to keep the communication lines open- but in the future please remember that we are ALL ABOUT the customer experience and service, so if you are unhappy about ANYTHING all you need to do is pick up the phone and talk to me. Had you called me and explained the situation to me I would have refunded your money with a smile and apology. They've been okay. They are average priced. The quality is average.
