We contacted Team Steve and Donna again this past January to begin the process of putting our home on the market and we had a meeting in person in February to go over a new CMA and talk numbers. We then created a new plan of action with additional cosmetic upgrades we wanted to complete and some de-cluttering. We made plans to put the house on the market during the last week in April. We contacted each other in early April and went over some of the finer details. During the second to last week of April we went over and signed the paperwork, pictures were taken, and the house went on the market. Many private showings were requested in the first days after the house hit the market and both Steve and Donna were understanding of our time and schedule and generous with theirs in order to provide as many private showings as possible with as little disruption to us or our family as possible. They were understanding of the difficulties of putting our house on the market given two young children and two cats and they could not have been more respectful or caring towards all of us! As stated above, our house went under agreement within days of being placed on the market. There were a few repairs that needed to be made and they even contacted, with our permission, contractors they knew and arranged for the work to be done at a discount and quickly so that we could stay on schedule. There was no pressure to use their contacts at all, but it was extremely helpful and saved us money! Steve even completed some of the work himself free of charge!
Overall we feel we made the best decision in the world contacting Team Steve and Donna and could not imagine having worked with other realtors. You will not be disappointed!!!
