He told me he was complete. There was a large pile of wood chips over the area of the stump that we had agreed that I would take care of removing. After he left and I removed the pile I discovered that the stump was only ground down to grade. No below grade as we agreed. I reached out to him and he never came back to complete the job. I would not recommend.
