Outstanding. Carlos was on time, on schedule, regularly communicated and did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. I can't recommend Carlos and his company enough!

Ronnie was punctual and fast, however did not put ground screen under new mulch and as a result weeds started growing up thru the mulch within a week. When called he responded that we could pick them out.. My wife and I are close to 70 and did not want to spend our time picking weeds which we paid to have blocked... He said he would be here to correct it on 3 separate occasions and never showed or called to reschedule. His last message was he would be here tomorrow, that was 3 wees ago and again never called to cancel or reschedule. He wanted cash for his work. We paid half in cash when the contract was signed and then when completed he refused check and wanted cash. I should have been weary of that. Live and learn.
