Well run vendor. They call to remind you of appointment or to make changes. The service tech was on time, pleasant and thorough. He also pointed out possible problems without being over-bearing.

Chris was friendly and professional, and submitted a very reasonable estimate based on 4 total estimates received. He did the work on time as promised and worked quietly and cleanly. Due to unseasonable weather in the Boston area last week, we were able to use the cooling system in 90 degree weather and it worked as promised. Our living room and first floor level were cool and quiet. We are very pleased with the product and the service and highly recommend both!
