THIS CONTRACTOR INSTALLED STORM WINDOWS FOR THE PROPERTY DEVELOPER BEFORE I BOUGHT THE PROPERTY. THAT THEY WERE CHEAP WINDOWS WAS NOT SECURITY''S FAULT BUT THE DEVELOPERS CHOICE. ONE OF THE WINDOWS WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. I DID NOT NOTICE THIS UNTIL 6 MONTHS LATER WHEN WINTER CAME. I CALLED TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. THEY FIXED IT BY INSTALLING A WOOD STRIP. THEY COULD HAVE BLOWN ME OFF BUT DIDN''T .
