This contractor and his team acted with the greatest respect and care for my home. It's small and he respected all our efforts to manage each area so he could complete each step of the project effectively and productively. The project was a complete success! Beautiful!

Review by John N. in Lexington, MA I hired Claudio and his workers to repair the stone steps and a bluestone landing leading up to the front entrance to my home, where the crumbling of aging mortar had loosened the stone steps and created a serious safety hazard. Claudio showed me the damage beneath the surface and clearly explained what was required for a thorough repair, giving me confidence that the extent of repairs he was proposing was necessary and that he was the right stone mason for the job. Quality work with professionalism

I hired Claudio and his team to completely tear down and rebuild my 75' retaining wall. Not only did they do a superb job, but they were fast, knowledgeable, easy to work with, very fair on their price and incredibly hard working. They arrived on time and did a good job

I would highly recommend Ramos Masonry! Claudio and the guys did a great job on my front stairs and walkway! Right away , explaining what he planned on doing, I knew he was an expert! The stairs were exactly as I wanted them! I am so pleased and grateful! Claudia and the guys were punctual, professional and courteous! Hard workers... worked during the lightning and pouring rain one morning! Job was completed as Claudio specified in the beginning. No mess left behind. Quote was reasonable and lower than others. He even did extra, for improvement at no cost! Call Ramos first!

I hired Claudio to repair (point) all cracked mortar in my brick chimney and seal the entire chimney. Claudio was quick to respond to my inquiry, gave a quote the next day and was able to start the job within a week. Professional crew left the jobsite as clean as it was when they arrived. Would highly recommend.

We did 2 patio, 2 retaining wall, 2 staircase! Ramos went above and beyond than what I expected! Top notch crew, great communication, diligent workers !

In lieu of just replacing missing cement, they removed the flagstone and loose cement, cleaned the surface, applied new cement/mortar joint compound and reset the flagstone .Did the samething on the 3 bluestone stairs, removed, cleaned base reset stairs. Result was a set of stars that looked new and will last many years. On the red brickwalk way, all bricks that were affected by â frost heaveâ were cleaned and reset.

Claudio and his crew do the work properly and complete the job. He shows up on time as promised . All tiles removed cleaned and correctly replaced without breakage, subsequently cleaned of any dust. Looks good and will last. Will hire him again!
