Perez Tree Service & Hardscaping

Last big storm in December 2023 one of the 60-70 feet Pine tree fell in my driveway and the stub of the tree was 10 feet away from my driveway. The tree took the electric and internet powerlines down. National Grid came cut the tree and cleared the driveway. I got in touch with couple tree companies. They could either clean up the tree or take the stub away. When I called Perez Tree and Landscape I spoke to Joel who came and told me that he can take the stub and clean up the tree. I was very happy that I can deal with one company instead of two and hired him. He wanted to come next day. I agreed although I was working all day. I did not want to delay not knowing what the wether would be like. Next day they came at 8:30 AM and at 12:00PM he called me and told me that the job is complete. He send me pictures of the driveway and it looked clean. I paid him. Found out that the stub was still there. Next they cane back with no equipment ..trying to remove a stub with chains and their truck and it did not work out. They left saying that they will be back with the proper machine but this never happen. They mean well but they do not have the proper equipment . My mistake for paying them in advance. Just be careful.
