I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY...BIG MISTAKE...THEY HAVE STOOD ME UP FOR 3 SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS EVEN THOUGH RON HAS PROMISED ME THAT THEY WOULD BE OUT. OH WELL.

I BELIEVE RON IS THE OWNER. SOME PEOPLE MIGHT FIND HIM TO BE A BIT OF A SALESMAN AT FIRST, BUT HE'S A GOOD GUY. HE CAME OUT TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AND THEN DID THEY WORK WHEN I WAS READY FOR THEM. NORTHSHORE'S TECHNICIANS CAN SPEAK 'PLAIN ENGLISH' AS WELL AS THE TECHNICAL JARGON THAT CHARACTERIZES THESE BUSINESSES. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. SEAN, THE INSTALLER, IS REALLY GOOD. HE SOMETIMES SEEMS A LITTLE GRUFF BUT DON'T LET IT BOTHER YOU. MY ONLY SUGGESTION IS THAT IF YOU WANT THIS KIND OF WORK DONE, DO A LITTLE HOMEWORK SO YOU UNDERSTAND THE BASIC OPERATION AND TECHNOLOGY. NORTHSHORE WILL DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS, PRIORITIES, AND BUDGET BUT IT ALWAYS HELPS TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO AND WHAT QUESTIONS TO ASK.
