Mike responded and arrived in a very timely manner. Job was completed in 2 minutes. However the ladder he brought was unsafe at the start, and he needed more than 15 minutes to "(p)repair" it prior to its use. As a result, then, he would not accept payment. Still, I would consider hiring him in the future.
