I called to make an appointment to have someone come to my house to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to repair my window. All my information was taken, and I was told that as soon as the person who did the estimates came in, they would tell him to call and set up an appointment. Nobody called the rest of that day, so next day I called back to see what happened. I was put on hold for a short spell, then was informed that someone would be out that afternoon. A couple of hours later, two men did show up and took some measurements, and they said they would take them back to the shop and someone would call me back with a price. That was three days ago, and I am still waiting. This outfit is terrible and I would never call them again.
