LYNN LADDER & SCAFFOLDING CO

I called Lynn Ladder for a scaffolding system for my husband and I to redo the siding on our house. Glenn was extremely helpful and recommended another system (alumapole) which was actually cheaper and a better system than the one we were looking at. They dealt with a micromanager like myself extremely well, answering all of my questions, altering orders when necessary, and even delivered all of our materials within 10 minutes of their expected arrival time! We have discovered we need to exchange one of the poles for another and they are even willing to exchange after a year (it hasn't been used)! The price was right, delivery was free, and the staff was absolutely amazing - no matter who I talked to. For a serious do-it-yourselfer, this is a company to have in your address book!

Lynn Ladder (and especially Glenn and John) took the time to recommend a better and cheaper system than I was inquiring about, were extremely helpful and accomodating with order changes and delivery time requests and responded promptly to my tendency to micromanage with construction projects. They were exactly on time with their delivery of the goods and were very efficient in handling billing changes. Their service was exceptional, although I am sure it helped that I knew what I was talking about. HIGHLY recommend them. I just can't stop telling everyone I know!
