 + -1 moreExtremely well. I don't know how you are going to get this quality for this price anywhere else (he gave me a discount though - he quoted me $1200). He worked for about 8 days around 4 hours per day, and worked around my schedule since I have work and can only be home after work. He is a nice guy, easy going, and flexible to my suggestions. Folks, you can't get a better deal than that! Some other guy (from Angie's List with good rep) quoted me $2500 to do the same job!
Description of Work: Renovation of foyer/hallway (~500 sqft) with winding stairs. Demolished wood paneling, stripped 3 layers of wallpaper, repaired plastered wall, textured wall, repaired ceiling, painted wall and ceiling (with different colors), painted all trim and baseboards, painted stairs and railings, put stair treads on, cleaned up everything and remounted lamps, refinished hardwood floors. Includes all labor and materials.
