Leland responded quickly to our request for an estimate to install a wooden beam that would open up two rooms in our house. He came by within a couple of days and we had his estimate within a week. Once we decided to use him he quickly stopped by with his foreman to review the job and the work was scheduled for the next day. The crew showed up early and installed plastic around the area to protect against any dust and debris. The work was completed in a very professional manner and all the workers were polite and courteous. Leland also quoted two other small projects that we plan to do in the near future. We would recommend anybody to use Leland Hussey for any construction project.

Installed Bathroom where one did not exist. Project went very well - but took a little longer than planned. The work crew made sure that all issues were identified and that led to repairs in other parts of the house. Also we had issue with availability of materials we ordered which delayed the job.

He is a general contractor and has a handyman division. The quality of his work keeps me coming back time after time.

He was very good and professional. He was friendly. We found him easy to work with. He was very good. He came on time. He gave the estimate on time. He was fine in everything. I would use him in the future.

Overall, we had a very positive experience. We had a very good working relationship with Lee and his men. Before any work began I met with Lee, the workers assigned to the project and my structural engineer (who is also my uncle). We were able to clearly talk about the details of the project. They showed up on time each day, cleaned up afterward and were respectful of us. Throughout the process, we had good communication and understanding of our expectations. What I appreciated the most was their attention to detail and the quality of the work. As previously mentioned, my home is unusual but they we're able to overcome all the issues. I did rate the prices as a "B" but that is because I feel the prices are a bit high. However, I would be glad to hire them again because in this case you do get what you pay for.

He is not very cheap, but I think he is worth all the money. One of the windows came off the track and I called them and they came over and fixed it for me with no charge.

They are wonderful! They design and listen to your opinions and work it into what you want done. They were very clean and the area looks great. They weren t the cheapest, but they weren t the most expensive either.
