They did very good work, but it took longer than we expected, and it had a bit of a false start on the pillar. The cap on it was not what we had asked for, and it took a couple of weeks for them to rectify that. The work was very good quality. They were courteous. They threw in an additional piece of work, because of their guilt about the delays. Everything was very nice, except it took longer than they had promised us. They were concerned that we were happy with the final product, and that meant a lot. I would use them again.

I couldn't be happier. Dom and team did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them.

Bob and his co-worker arrived about 8:00am on the date agreed to and were finished by 3:00pm. Could not be more satisfied with the work done and the clean up. The price was by far the best of the three estimates I received. All in all a job well done. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone with a similar need.

It has gone well so far. They are consistent and affordable. They are operating according to our contract with them.

They arrived earlier than expected. Removed three trees in yard that were over grown and damaging part of the house.They were very professional, but didn't know they had to gain access on neighbor's property otherwise could of told them before hand, but they solved it by trimming one of her trees. So all went well and will definitely use again to remove the last few trees, plus some landscaping needed for curb appeal.

This year, had Leahy do a spring clean-up. Last year, had them do a more extensive lawn renovation, mulching, tree pruning, irrigation rehaul. The work quality has been good. However, responsiveness has been a bit of a problem. I have asked them to prune bushes and hedges and have not gotten a response or gotten the work done (both end of last season and this season). Also, my most recent message to the lawn care program was unanswered, despite pre-paying for the service. My overall sense is that Leahy has time and is responsive on the larger jobs (was very responsive during our larger job last year) and likely responsive to large commercial clients, but is not terribly responsive to small residential customers. I will give them another shot, but am not confident at this point I will get adequately responsive service as an ongoing small residential customer, so may need to look elsewhere to meet my needs.
