LCM Hardwood Floors

after coming to our home two months ago, they have not called back to complete the work. We have called several times with no response.

They provided us with the quote and then we hired them. They did our stairs that was covered with a very inexpensive wall to wall carpet that was in this house for more than 20 years. They did the upstairs hall and two bedrooms with hardwood and polished it. We called them back recently to resurface hardwood floors that were already in, so we had to empty out those rooms and they did that. We would give them all A?s. The price, quality and service were good. They weren?t really fast about getting back to us, but in every other way we were very happy them. We spent probably $4000 on that work. We would definitely recommend them to other members. The floors were beautiful and the work was done on schedule. They were also polite and respectful.

They resuscitated an appalling floor and make it look like new. They sealed off my house completely so that there was very little dust. They put on one coat the first day, and the second coat the second day, and came exactly when they said they would. It is a small family business, and the owner was on site for the job. Best of all, the price was excellent.
