I was very pleased with the service. He stayed true to the estimate and had the car completed on time.

K and J Auto Body Shop was recommended by Lally's in Swampscott. The outside ain't pretty, but the work area is fairly neat.
The first job was replacing the wheel pan on the Camry that prevents water from splashing up and getting on the engine . It was done quickly, the price was reasonable.
Mr. Grady is personable and what he said needed to be done was and the car was ready to be picked up when Ken said it would be ready.
Obviously we were pleased so when we needed additional body work we went back to K and J. The right front door of the Corolla got banged up and the door could not be opened and the side view mirror was dangling. It is an old car and we just wanted to be able to open the door and have a functioning side view mirror. Ken looked the car over and we waited. We were pleased when he didn't start on the "Oh you need to
replace this other thing -and that part should be fixed and a few more things need to be done! K and J did what I asked, then we drove to the Inspection station and got our sticker.

My car was damaged in an accident. I called my closest Toyota dealer, who said they didn't do body work themselves but often use Hand K to do work for them. While the place is not a beauty spot, the owner was responsive, direct, and pleasant; the price was very fair; and the work was high-quality. I would absolutely recommend them.
