Gustavo is easy to work with, and very professional. His team worked hard and completed all the work in a day just as Gustavo estimated. The big tree was next to the house. They made the hard job looking easy. They cleaned up the site very well after. Highly recommended.

I needed to have a tree removed that is very close to the septic tank, therefore, the tree could not be dropped on the ground. Gustavo told me that would not be a problem and they would swing the tree into the driveway. I set up an appointment and confirmed for 8:00 A.M. today. At 9:00 A.M. I called Gustavo and asked for an estimated time of arrival. He told me that his assistant, Corrina called me multiple times yesterday to confirm the appointment, but couldn't reach me therefore he changed his schedule. I told him that was not true because I confirmed the appointment on September 8th with Corrina and that I did not have any messages or missed called from her. Gustavo then told me that he would be at my house between 11:00 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. At 12:30 P.M.the guys showed up and told me they could not do the job because they needed to drop the tree on the ground near the septic tank. I called Gustavo and he denied the initial conversation and blamed me, saying that "I wasted his time." Very unprofessional!

Excellent service, great people. They squeezed us in and did a magnificent job! Our courtyard never looked better!

Appointment scheduled for on-site work inspection and to get a quote -- they never showed up. They never called to reschedule or to give an explanation as to why they were a no-show.

Gustavo and the rest of the GT Optimo team did an excellent job removing my trees and stumps. They showed up right when they said they would and went straight to work. The trees were all removed in 1 day, and then the stumps ground 2 days later. I was impressed with how well the team cleaned up after the first day, probably left my yard better than it was before. The trees were all close to power lines or the house but the crew handled it all very well. The only negative remark was having to reschedule more than once. The first day was originally planned for a Monday, but Gustavo came by on Saturday to survey the trees again and see if he could do without his bucket truck which had repairs that would delay him one day. I was impressed he drove out to at least attempt to deliver on his original date. We decided on Saturday that Tuesday would work best, but when I called to confirm Monday night the crew was double-booked so we had to move to Thursday, I'm glad I called. Overall I am very pleased with the work, and the quote for this job came in 20% lower than the other two I received which makes the schedule juggling more than worth it.

Very fast and efficient. Couldn't get a better deal or better job! These guys did over and above what I expected. So glad I hired them! Wish I did this 10 years soon!

The GT crew did a fantastic job on the trees. I couldn't be happier with the work- and on top of everything, it was a 90 degree humid day. The crew free climbed and used a lift to dismember the trees- being very careful to avoid our homes and fence. The job took about 5 hours and everything was left cleaner than when they started. They took the trees down to fence height because the fence was built through the trunks. I cannot recommend this company enough- the job needed very skilled laborer and these guys knew what they were doing. I'm very impressed with the price, professionalism, and quality of work from GT Optimo. I would definite recommend and hire this crew again.

Surprisingly they showed up on time 2 days in a row. The reason I was surprised is most contractors are undependable always late and unprofessional. They showed up they cut down the trees (amazing to watch) they where very professional all there trucks and equipment looked brand new. Large bucket truck. They dropped a few large trunks in neighbors yard which I expected As tree was 3/4 into yard I planned on fixing any grass indents. But they took care of it. You couldn't tell. They cleaned up yard and chips. Also they would not do any work until I received their insurance. I was thinking about hiring another person before having an estimate from GT I had a bad feeling the others didn't have any insurance.

GT Optimo was professional and knowledgeable and their prices were in line with the other quotes I received, i selected GT because they were prompt and courtesy when they came to give me a quote. Also, they called to confirm the appointment and I liked the fact that they did other projects in my neighborhood. I will use them again for future projects,

My interaction with them was great. They came the day they said they would show up, did the estimate, we agreed on a price, gave me an appointment two or three weeks down the road. They came that day, on time and set up their equipment and everything. They removed the gate to set their big truck in there. They moved a dead car on the driveway. They jump started it somehow and moved it. It had been sitting in the driveway for three years and we couldn't move it. They moved it into a garage and got in there, did their work, cleaned up after themselves, put the gate back the way it was and left. It was really great service. All the other stuff they did really impressed me, it was not just tree cutting.
