Terrible. The movers themselves were great. The office help was terrible. Customer service was horrible. The truck they sent was far too small and so I had to pay for 2 trips. I had to be out so I had no choice. I actually hired them AGAIN, while they were doing my second trip, to do a clean out for my new business. They didn’t show. I called to complain and got reprimanded because their driver didn’t schedule the clean-out. That’s right. The office lady was upset with me for being upset that they didn’t show up. I cut the conversation short and was going to leave it alone until I GOT A VOICEMAIL TELLING ME HOW DISRESPECTFUL I AM. I called them initially because my father has used them many times. He won’t be using them again because this woman said she didn’t care that I would not recommend them to anyone. If the owner reads this and would like to hear the voicemail, I’ll be happy to play it for you. You hurt both my businesses Flannery’s. Not horribly, but no business I’m involved with will ever use your services. That office lady has absolutely zero skills dealing with unhappy customers.

Well they were very hard workers and extremely helpful

Understandingly he was delayed because it is insanity to move on Labor Day Weekend, when so many students must move out or leave August 30 and move in September 1. I saw that some people had rented Pods to store their furniture and wish that this had been suggested to us, she could have move out a little earlier stored her stuff, stayed with us and moved in on a less chaotic day for everyone involved.

I was very nervous that things would fall through as many people were interested in the Piano. I called and spoke to Roary who offered me times and put me in the books. I was so worried about the steps and the piano fitting. Roary told me not to worry about anything that was up to them and they would work it out. He gave me a price. The day of the pick up I was waiting outside the person's house. They were scheduled for 3. Sure enough about 2:55 around the corner came the truck. The two men were so nice they introduced themselves and carefully took the piano out. When they got to my house I thought for sure there would be a problem with my steps but,not at all. They were even able to bring it up without having to go up the steps. They carefull brought it in. Placed it exactly in the center of where I wanted it. They asked me if I had furniture coasters to put under the piano. They asked if I needed anything. The price charged was what was quoted. When making out the paperwork they took the time to talk to my kids. They were very friendly,polite and professional and Thanked me several times. It really felt like magic. What seemed like such a big task was done with such ease without difficulty. I would not have the piano if it wasn't for them. Roary was right to tell me not to worry about anything that was for them to take care of. I didn't have to worry about anything. Thank You Flannery's!

The move went excellent! They were on time and very courteous and professional and moved very quickly. I would definitely call these guys again, they were great!

They didn't quote the price before they came -- they just came and picked up the items. They were very expensive. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.

I was in a situation and I needed snow removed right away. He came as soon as he could and they did an excellent Job. Exactly what I needed. I have recommended him for many different jobs and everyone calls me to say that they were excellent.

The owner Todd Flannery  is a real go getter and he works hard to take care of his customer's with honest rates.

I would recommend him anytime.

From the start they were prompt and professional. It really could not have gone any better. They knew what they were doing, They wrapped our possessions carefully and delivered everything safe and sound as one would hope. I would use them again without any reservation and recommend them highly

We've used Flannery's handy men several times. Each time, they've been polite and helpful. In the past. we had them haul away junk before a move and after a couple of big clean ups. This time, they were moving our new washing machine from the garage to the third floor master bedroom.
The young men who've been on the scene at our home have been really nice, upstanding young men. One of them bought our in-law's old home, and we were delighted to find out this was so. It's nice to think a beloved family home will go to a nice young couple. Compared to some other junk haulers, Flannery's men are fantastic. We've never been disappointed by them.

They phoned to inform of time they would arrive. Arrived on time. They were friendly, professional and worked fast.

Todd is very responsive when you call him and friendly.  The  men he sends out are such hard workers.  They demolished the bathroom exactly as I had requested and double checked before they remove something that is a little out of the ordinary.  They cleaned up at the end and skipped lunch to accommodate my schedule.  The are careful despite the fact that they are there to do demolition.  They also dispose of all the "stuff" left over.  I've had them in my home many times and trust them so if I had to leave I could.  This is a great company to have on hand for other items such as moving  and jobs such as insulting a portion the attic.  I did not post the price since in my error I needed to call them back twice because we hesitated about removing some items.  There prices are good.

The move went very well from start to finish. Setting up the move was easy, and the were very responsive by phone. They were able to move me with less than a week's notice. On the day of the move, they were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They treated my possessions with great care, and helped me place items in the new home.

Sent them an email about the job i had for them to do.  They came over, we agreed upon a price.  The job was done the next day, quick and easy.  I paid them for the job.

I called Todd in the evening and the next morning he returned my call.  I explained what I needed and he sent two men out the next day.  I needed to push out the start time form 8:00 am to 8:30 am so my husband could leave for work (the bathroom is off the bedroom).  He quickly adjusted the time and they arrived at 8:30 right on time.  By 11:30 or noon I walked upstairs and it was perfectly gutted and cleaned!    There was minimal dust since he took precautions not to allow the dust to flow everywhere.  He recognized a rotting section under the sill and took care to not disturb it and to showed me the problem.  They were very careful around the flange of the toilet and pipe so as to not crack it as the mortar was being pulled out (very important).  They did exactly what I asked.  They took away all the debris and even asked if there was any other stuff that needed hauling away.

This actually the fourth time I have used their services but the first time for a demo job.  The other times were to haul away our clean -outs, like before our Christmas party or after cleaning out our garage and other projects.  They have always come right away and if I have guests over and need a quick pick up of junk they are there.

They are trustworthy and I feel very comfortable having them in my home.

They are a "best kept secret" .

They have been great.  I have used them several times.  They picked up a couch and another piece of furniture from an antique store and deliver it.
