Elmer's Plastering Inc.

I own a couple of properties in the area so I deal with contractors on an intermittent basis. Elmer wanted all the money up front which is out of the ordinary, however I agreed to the job because he seemed to know what he was talking about. after the job was done there were a couple things he did not do and two more things he did sloppy. The area around the shower was left in very poor condition. It looked as though he did not take the extra couple of minutes to work the trowel into the corner. The same was true near the kitchen sink. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but he never returned my phone calls and never came back. he half assed the whole job took the money and ran. need I say more
