EASTERN TREE SERVICE

Long story short I had hired a different company at first who had only finished half the job basically they completed the easy part and never showed back up to complete the harder part of the job. I was stuck at this point because there were two tree's that were hanging over my neighbors house that had to come down because he was waiting to have his new roof installed. I was reffered to brian from eastern tree service's by two different people so I gave him a call and a women named Anna picked up who is brian's wife I explained my situation to her over the phone and she said she would come out and take a look at the job. She came out later that afternoon and took a look at what had to be done and it was evident that she knew her stuff once she was explaining how the process would go. she also said that Brian her husband and his crew could squeeze me in a week from that day so I decided to hire them on the spot. Brian and his crew came out a week later and got the job done no problem and cleaned up the entire area the were working in. This was not an easy job I had called many tree company's in the area and eastern tree were the only one's willing to take the job on. It required men to climb all of the tree's and cut it down section by section it was very time consuming on top of that it was on a steep hill. Job well done I would refer them to anybody needing tree service.

The work was performed as expected. Anna, who coordinated everything was great about communicating and scheduling the service. They had to reschedule a couple times due to wether, but everything was communicated appropriately

I think Brian and his crew got a bit more than they bargained for. The crew was on-site for 5 days and, at the end of the job, he said it was the most difficult job he had ever done. Still, he stayed true to the price he had quoted. They found termites in the tree and recommended that we call an exterminator. Highly recommended.

They did a good job, was here on time. They took the time to explain what they would be doing and showed me where there might be possible future needs.
