They clean pretty well. Not more than expected, no extras, but overall pretty well. The problem was reliability. They could not stick to a schedule. They would skip weeks or change the day on a regular basis. While Diego was very nice and professional, Dina had a major bad attitude and would be hostile. Once she left a very angry note because the house was extra dusty. She asked that we always call her to let her know about such situations (this from the group that can not keep a schedule!). The final straw came when once again they wanted to skip me (I always felt like the lowest priority for them) and I asked quite politely that if at all possible they could come as promised. Dina got very angry over this.
