"Seriously overcharge really. She should have taken action against the original roofer ( his last job before he retired). I explained that all three skylights were not flashed. Also stated that the chimney, vent pipes, and dormers were all done wrong. Also, she told me that the old shingles had been taken off. Never happened, hence leakage everywhere. I also discounted the original price. I believe she is taking out her frustrations on me from being taken advantage of from previous roofer. Since the repair, two rain storms, no leak. I rest my case."

"Every once in a while you meet a client that you cant please no matter what. I do my best to be polite, aware and professional around a client and there needs. I requested a deposit because her job required many costly supplies. I purchased all the supplies and she stopped payment on check. She never informed me of this. I showed up to do the job and she gave me permission to complete the job.The job was completed with no problems. As a businessman I would never take advantage of anyone financially because I would not want anyone to take advantage of me. She paid me in full when the job was done. I am sorry that she was so displeased. I wish"

"Considering I flashed two skylights and the entire back where the roof meets house (20 feet ) and both skylights no longer leak for 425.00. I would say that is a darned good price. I tried to explain to him what I did, he obviously still does not understand. I also told him about the price before I started."
