The workers did not finish most of the itemized work before saying it is completed. It took multiple negotiation to get them back to somehow complete the work. We also had painters schedule right after deleading, and the painters had to rescrap all external paint again because not much was done.
Description of Work: Delead external walls and windows by scraping off old lead paint.
