Owner, Paul, visited our home with samples of laminate and carpeting to patiently and pleasantly explain options. He quickly sent a very reasonable estimate; and his skilled, experienced, pleasant workmen (Mark & Carlos) set to work and did a great job. We are completely satisfied and would be glad to use them again.

Final project turned out great.

I had Laminate done from the back door thru the dinning area, kitchen and into the living room. There were many cut ins and floor registers to deal with. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

They called me and came out right away after my request, and after talking with me to learn my needs, showed me options for laminate and also for vinyl tile flooring, presenting pros and cons for each. they emailed me an estimate for both options within a day or so and followed up with a call, but did not push me for a decision. I ended up choosing their LVT option (Luxury vinyl tile), and they came and helped me select the tile I wanted, then installed in within a week. The work was well done, they were friendly and very helpful, and the results are great!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for the same type of work.

Paul and Mike were fair and honest about the estimate, stayed within budget, worked quickly and efficiently, and didn't leave me a mess to clean up. They were extremely nice to work with and made this job easy on me. They exceeded my expectations by far.

When I submitted my request for work to be done, Paul got back to me the same day. He was courteous and explained what the entire procedure and the cost would be. The men that worked for Paul were also courteous, thorough and the floors were done in a timely manner. The 2 bedroom floors were the worst in the house. They we polite and fast and cleaned up. However they left the trash for me to get rid of. But I love my floors.

Professional and to the point.

I had carpeting replaced with laminate (wood like) flooring. It looks beautiful! They were easy to work with, came when they said they would, charged what they said they would, etc. They were also real accommodating about helping me with my particular space issues.

Paul was very accomodating and was able to meet my agressive timeline even with bad weather and the holidays. I am very pleased with the rug, installation and service. Would hire him for a carpet install again.

He would have been perfect if his installer didn't have to go fishing on Saturday. We had a deadline and the carpet supposedly did not come in on time. I have many properties in VT and we have never had to wait more than 4 days for an in stock delivery to VT. They were not terribly prompt to respond initially. The cost was much higher than we expected.

Highly competitive rates. Job well done. Handled problems that popped up very efficiently. Paul was always available for questions and problems. I should have asked them to do more to protect areas adjacent to work area from foot traffic.

They replaced the carpet runner in the upstairs unit of my two family house. As requested, they made a point to get the job done before my tenants moved in. I appreciate that.
