ALL WATERPROOFING CO

We recently moved into an older house that needed some foundation work. There was a decent sized hole in the brick foundation that needed to be filled and there was some water getting in the basement due to some bricks that needed re-pointing. I met Mike one evening at the house and we talked about the work that needed to be done. After about a week we hadn't heard anything or received the estimate he said he would drop off. *Should have been our first clue!* After about a week more, Mike comes and begins work on the basement. Then, he disappears for about two weeks. This trend goes on for about 6 weeks. My husband tried calling him many times, but his cell phone was always disconnected and he didn't respond to e-mails. Every once in a while he would call and explain that the weather, another job etc etc etc got in the way of him coming. This went one for about two weeks. Finally he finished the 1 week job in about 6 weeks. He was supposed to come by and pick up his this and clean up the mess, but he hasn't shown up to do that. Overall we shouldn't have gone with the low bid on this project. What a nightmare. Very unprofessional and NOT worth the headache.
