Overall it went very well. Of the three companies we requested estimates from, Procotor's estimate was lowest. All three were recommended by the engineering company we hired to prepare the plans. Dan Proctor was our contact. Dan was very professional and responded to all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. This was very important for due to the very disruptive nature and high cost of the associated job. Once the plans were set Dan worked with us to set a schedule a time for the job. They contacted us just before the start and finished the job in one week.
