Better than expected. We have been around long enough to learn that there are always unforseen problems but in our case that didn't happen. They are well organized and make sure that all aspects of the project are up to code when job is completed. After the job is finished they coordinate and accompany the city inspectors to your home. We took almost all of the designers recommendations on layout, fixtures, lighting and color which worked out great. Their people are all high end contractors and the owner comes to the job site almost every day. We gave a B score for price only because we naturally wanted to spend less but --- the end result justified the cost. Now we are pleased that we decided to go with the higher price. If something comes up requiring a change order for additional cost you will know in advance and there usually is options that you can elect to work around it if you need to do that. Impressive outfit.

They are still in progress. The only negative is that the job is taking a while. They were very reasonable priced though.

All work was done in accordance to our agreement and at the agreed upon price. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. There were two small problems (an electrical issue and a small leak). Both problems were resolved to our satisfaction
as soon as we pointed out the issues. I don’t think you can ask more than to promptly fix issues as they are discovered. All in all we were very satisfied.
