Excellent and fast reply with quote, delivery and pickup were excellent, great communication with staff, and they offered a big discount if I scheduled a delivery when they already had a truck in the area.

Outstanding. On time delivery. Clean dumpster. The driver provided friendly, specific suggestions about using the dumpster and what to avoid. They called ahead to confirm the pick-up date and were on time. Totally careful with our driveaway and surrounding trees that were somewhat in the way of the truck. Wouldn't go anywhere else for this. A+.

Fantastic. The quote was easy to request online, the followup call was quick. They had plenty of options for my project, and the pricing was all reasonable and transparent. No hidden fees - they were very upfront with overage/special fees before I even committed to the service. Scheduling drop off was easy, scheduling pick up was even faster. Bin was clean, didn't have any holes or anything, and they put down wood to protect my driveway.

Perfect! The dumpster was delivered when promised and picked up when promised. The dumpster was clean, brightly colored and in great condition -- not an eyesore. And they placed it exactly where I wanted it. Both the drop off and the pick up drivers were professional, efficient and very courteous. Great experience.

I've used several dumpster services in the past couple years, I did't have trouble with the others but I'd lost their cards and was looking for a new service. They have a nice website showing the actual dumpster sizes with a person standing next to them (it's amazing how most don't have this), they're clear about the items they won't take or will charge an extra fee for. The price was better than others I've used in past years. The drop off and pickups were prompt and on time. The dumpster was in very good condition, they're often rusty and beat up with the door latches difficult to operate but this one was freshly painted and the latches easy to use. It was also painted with the company name and colors, it's always a little unsettling when you call one company and the dumpster has different colors and just an old torn sticker from some other dumpster company on it.

From start to finish I was impressed with the courteous and friendly staff that I dealt with at all times. It's not an easy thing to find these days I've found out lately.We started a construction project and were left with debris to take care of and finish the job ourselves. We needed to rent two dumpsters at two separate times. They worked with us each time and let us keep them at minimal cost for over two weeks. I never thought rent in g a dumpster would be such a nice experience, but it was! I would recommend them highly to anyone I know

FANTASTIC! The dumpster arrived early in the day on the date delivery was scheduled, it looked as presentable as a giant trash can can look and didn't have the old dumpster smell that no one wants. The doors' locks, hinges and other mechanisms worked perfectly (not all dumpsters can boast the same).
The scheduling was super easy when I stopped by their Lunenburg Office. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. The cost was on the lower end for the size and the weight limit was at the upper end for the size. Bin There Dump That is wonderful to deal with if you have a bunch (or just some) of crap to throw out they are who I would use.

Dumpster rental was for 1 week. Prior to delivery I specified where the dumpster would go. Prior to arrival, driver called and left me message. Upon arrival home, dumpster was situated properly per the verbal instructions.
Pick-up was the following Monday. However, there was nothing to indicate at what time on Monday the dumpster would be retrieved. One of the contractors at my house had parked his trailer near the dumpster and was not there when the dumpster people showed up. At the same time, there was no call or indication when the dumpster was going to be removed to make sure it was readily accessible.
Got assessed an additional charge - i have no idea what it was for. The company just billed me with no explanation. Communication after service - POOR.
Would I use again - probably not. Other providers out there are comparable in price and allow you to call when the dumpster is ready to be picked up. At the same time, they invoice when the dumpster is picked up - not before and they provide an explanation as to what you were billed for.

According to our usual procedure, we did send a detailed invoice explaining what the extra $21.60 was for (480 lbs over the allowed ton), but apparently it didn't come through on your system. Did you receive the notification letter for the Monday pickup? If not, please let us know and we will confirm that our program is working correctly, or if it needs attention. I apologize for the confusion and we welcome the opportunity to service your dumpster rental needs again in the future. It sounds like our upfront service met your needs and I am confident our end game can as well."
