hardwood floor
 + -1 moreInstallation completed. Rushed Job. Within days all flooring made loud crackling noises when walked on. This is supposed to be a floating floor. He glued and nailed edges in multiple areas prohibiting the normal expansion of the floor. He was unresponsive to numerous phone calls and scheduled appointments to follow up on the complaint. Two experts recommended that the floor be removed and replaced. His unprofessionalism, rudeness and complete lack of interest in customer satisfaction prevents me from recommending him to anyone.
Description of Work: Install Pergo Laminate flooring in Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom.
